General conditions registration, orderand delivery

Capfruit, Main Partner of the World Pastry Cup and Premium Partner of the Bocuse d´Or, wished to make available, free of charge, to all participants of national and international competitions, its complete range of frozen products. The goal is to give everyone access to our range of products in order to work in the best conditions and have the best products for competitions.

To this end, Capfruit has created a website dedicated to these events, www.competition.capfruit.com, on which you can place your order for Capfruit products directly. All you need to do is register and complete your order form.

Registration

Registration is exclusively reserved for all participants of the national and international competitions of the World Pastry Cup and Bocuse d´Or. After completing your registration request, your data will be checked by Capfruit in order to definitively validate the opening of your account. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail with your access codes to the site. Capfruit reserves the right to refuse any registration request that does not meet the conditions previously mentioned.
The information which concerns you is intended for the company Capfruit. Capfruit undertakes not to communicate this information to third parties. You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you (art. 34 of the "Informatique et Libertés" law). The order

You can place a maximum of three orders (maximum 10 kg per flavour and per order). The products ordered are free and their use exclusively reserved for the preparation, upstream of the national and international competitions, of the World Pastry Cup and the Bocuse d'Or (the orders for the days of competition must be sent to the organizers in your commissary voucher).
Upon receipt of your order, Capfruit undertakes, within 3 working days, to confirm the details of your order, the list of missing products, if any, as well as the exact delivery date that will be, as far as possible, the date being as close as possible to your desired delivery date. For any further information you can contact by e-mail, adv@capfruit.com, who will answer you as soon as possible.

The delivery

Product delivery is free. You can place a maximum of three orders and enter different delivery addresses in your customer account in order to give you the opportunity to receive the merchandise at different locations depending on your organization.
Upon receipt of your order, Capfruit undertakes, within 3 working days, to confirm the details of your order, the list of missing products, if any, as well as the exact delivery date that will be, as far as possible, the date being as close as possible to your desired delivery date. However, depending on the country and shipping route selected, some orders may require a long delivery time. Capfruit cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery following the departure of the goods from its premises.
